The IPL Direct! Retreat is an exclusive and enchanted three day, off-site experience where participants enjoy the dual benefits of a rejuvenating personal retreat and a deep leadership development opportunity.  Extensive time with Seth and a special co-facilitator allow in-depth, highly-customized exploration of the topics that matter most to you and your organization.  And, of course, the entire experience is grounded in the intuition, holistic thinking, discernment, and dialogue that makes Integral Process Leadership and "The Merlin Advantage" special.  

Logistics:

In a nod to ancient story where Merlin was known as a "wild man of the woods", the IPL Direct! retreat is intentionally situated in mountain and forest surroundings to enhance wellness and reflection.  In addition to the powerful sessions with your IPL hosts, retreat highlights include:

• A half-day excursion to Wizard Island at Crater Lake National Park.  
• An optional, half-day boating experience on Diamond Lake.
• Activities you can enjoy alone or in groups such as fishing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, and biking.  Plus a rustic, historic lodge with a restaurant, cafe, mini-grocery store, and boat house to keep you fueled up and equipped.  
• Your own room  just a few feet from the lake.   
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided.
