I partner with a small number of clients to provide ongoing consultation as their fractional Integral Process Leader.  In this role, I work with leaders to reduce inefficiency and culture-related risk by strengthening the human systems that drive performance.  Unlike project-based consulting, this model provides continuity, institutional memory, and real-time support as decisions unfold—allowing leaders to address root causes through the IPL lens before they surface as visible failures.
