IPL Implementation

IPL implementation is about moving beyond traditional approaches to organizational design, leadership, and culture.  It's a decision for those who know these approaches, no matter how familiar or comfortable, never have, and never will, deliver human flourishing.  It's a decision for those who know human flourishing is not a luxury but a necessary part of high performing, sustainable economic, political, and social systems.  

The implementation process includes all the help you'll need to educate your people about Integral Process Leadership, select and train qualified Integral Process Leaders, and launch your IPL system.

There are also fractional IPL options available even if you can't bring on a full time IPL yet.
